About Me
I am a native Washingtonian and have spent most of my life in the Pacific Northwest. I find tranquility in hiking in our mountains and fly-fishing in our waters. I am a musician and am usually involved in a variety of musical projects, from bluegrass to classical to swing band. I am curious about people and what makes them tick. I write a column in our local newspaper, serve on the board of an area non-profit, and sometimes I cook dinner for my family. I am married to a woman who holds my heart well, and I enjoy backyard bonfires with our young adult kids. I am an ordained minister and am interested in the ways people experience the spiritual side of life in whatever form they may. I consider it an honor and a privilege when people invite me into their lives in order to open up
pathways to insight and growth. I do this work because I care about people and communities, and because I want to leave a healthier world for my time spent here.
